We are looking for experienced and passionate Technical Trainers who are currently working or have previously worked with reputed product-based companies, MNCs, and leading organizations such as Amazon, Microsoft, L&T;, Deloitte, and other industry-leading companies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver technical training sessions to students, working professionals, and corporate learners.

Conduct online training sessions on weekdays and offline classroom training sessions on weekends, based on mutual availability.

Develop and deliver structured training content aligned with current industry requirements.

Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, real-time use cases, and project-based learning.

Share industry best practices, implementation strategies, and insights from professional experience.

Mentor learners on technical concepts, practical applications, and industry expectations.

Conduct assessments, assignments, coding exercises, and practical evaluations, wherever applicable.

Clarify learners doubts and provide constructive feedback to improve their technical skills.

Keep training content updated with emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.





Coordinate with the training team to plan schedules, learning objectives, and session deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently working or previously employed in reputed product-based companies, MNCs, or established organizations such as Amazon, Microsoft, L&T;, Deloitte, and similar companies.

Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in at least one technology or domain.

Relevant industry experience, preferably 3+ years. However, candidates with exceptional technical expertise and strong training capabilities may also be considered.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner.

Prior training, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to conduct online sessions on weekdays and offline sessions on weekends, subject to availability.

Ability to create or adapt training materials, practical exercises, and project-based assignments.
