Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help source, screen, and schedule technical talent for diverse IT positions. This position is ideal for candidates with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn modern hiring tools, technical domains, and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Talent: Search for suitable IT professionals on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), databases, and social media platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video screening calls to assess candidates soft skills, interest levels, communication clarity, and basic qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and technical panels; maintain timely updates across all parties.
- Requirement Analysis: Learn to read technical job descriptions (JDs) and understand core IT skills (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing).
- Database & Pipeline Management: Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated, track application statuses,



and maintain pipeline reports.
- Candidate Engagement: Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the interview loop to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BA) or MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to hold confident conversations with IT professionals.
- Learning Agility: High quick-learning ability to grasp technical jargon, framework names, and evolving recruitment tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, active listening, and robust relationship-building capabilities.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and internet research techniques.
