JOB DETAILS

Designation: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location: Biliyala, Rajkot, Gujarat

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Qualification: MBA – HR / Industrial Relations (preferred)

Candidate Preference: Local candidates from Rajkot and nearby areas preferred.

Salary: Best in Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly.
- Independently prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) based on departmental requirements.
- Coordinate interviews,



candidate follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.
- Drive campus hiring and coordinate with TPOs of ITIs, colleges, and other educational institutes.
- Plan and execute campus placement drives and ITI recruitment activities.
- Maintain employee documentation, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
