Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished, commercially astute, and growth-oriented National Sales Head to lead Qreanova's Pan-India sales strategy and execution.

The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution and channel networks, strengthening dealer and distributor relationships, and building a high-performing national sales organisation aligned with the brand's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
- Build and strengthen Pan-India distribution networks across distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance across regional sales managers and field sales teams.
- Expand market presence and strengthen channel partnerships in the premium kitchen appliance segment.
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and periodic performance reviews.
- Develop strategic relationships with channel partners and key business stakeholders.




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on product launches, sales campaigns, and brand visibility.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
- Establish sales KPIs, monitor execution, and provide strategic performance updates to senior leadership.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- 20–25 years of overall sales experience, preferably in consumer durables or related industries.
- Proven Pan-India sales leadership experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in national sales strategy, business growth, and market expansion.
- Extensive expertise in channel sales, distributor and dealer development, and trade management.
- Proven ability to lead regional sales leaders and build high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and market penetration.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred industry experience: Kitchen appliances, home appliances, electrical appliances, and related consumer durable categories.
