Location: Surat (WFO)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business

Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview

coordination, and onboarding.

• Handle job postings across job portals and social media platforms.

• Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other

digital channels.

• Assist in creating engaging recruitment campaigns, hiring posts, and employee

success stories.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations,

rewards & recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR

documentation.

• Conduct employee induction and support smooth onboarding processes.





• Address employee queries and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace

culture.

• Assist in performance management, training, and development activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of social media recruitment and employer branding.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and content creation.

• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
