Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects, including space planning, material selection, and layout design. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing mood boards, drawings, and 3D visualizations, coordinating with architects and contractors, and overseeing implementation to ensure design integrity and quality. The role also involves selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures,



and equipment), aligning designs with project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

- Solid interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings, including the ability to read, create, and coordinate technical plans.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current design trends, sustainable design practices, and local building codes is an advantage.
