Location: Hyderabad (5 Days Work From Office)
Shift: Complete Rotational Shifts, Including Weekends
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience.
- Hands-on experience in International Voice Support.
- Solid English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic awareness or experience with AI-powered tools, chatbots, or AI copilots.
- Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels.
- Domain experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is important.
- Graduation is mandatory.
Other Requirements
- Must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
- Must be comfortable with complete rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-week notice period only.
