We're looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist who can take ownership of paid campaigns, optimize performance, and help us scale our customer acquisition.

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Industrial Area)

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000/month

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

• Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns

• Audience Targeting & Lookalike Audiences

• A/B Testing of Creatives & Campaigns

• Campaign Budget & Performance Optimization

• CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM & ROAS Optimization

• Meta Pixel, Events & Conversion Tracking





• AI-powered tools for ad creatives, copy & campaign optimization

What We're Looking For

1+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Practical experience with Instagram & Snapchat Ads

Proven understanding of lead generation and sales campaigns

Solid analytical and performance marketing skills

Ability to analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance

Knowledge of AI tools used in digital advertising

Result-oriented mindset with a focus on leads, conversions & ROI
