Role Description The Pediatrician role at MRRCS is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakyong. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and monitoring growth and development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing primary care needs, administering vaccinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Pediatrician will collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals, communicate treatment plans to families,



and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and ethical standards. The role also involves participating in preventive care, health education, and follow-up visits to support long-term pediatric health.
Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Medicine with demonstrated expertise in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
- Experience in Primary Care, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of common childhood conditions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively when Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or specialist training in Pediatrics; valid medical license to practice.
- Proficiency in clinical decision-making, patient counseling, and maintaining clear, accurate medical documentation.
- Commitment to child-centered care, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Pakyong.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic-based pediatric practice is preferred; familiarity with local healthcare regulations is an advantage.
