About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shell Plan Modeller to join the Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, coordinated, and technically compliant shell plans for system formwork projects. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E; drawings to validate project design inputs.
- Prepare accurate and coordinated shell plans in accordance with project specifications and formwork standards.
- Identify design discrepancies, missing information, and clashes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants,



and internal teams to ensure seamless design coordination.
- Support Business Development and tender teams with preliminary layouts and submission drawings.
- Coordinate with the System Formwork Design team to provide accurate base drawings for formwork design and optimisation.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage drawing deliverables, maintain project documentation, and meet assigned deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction design, drafting, or formwork-related roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and M&E; drawings.
- Knowledge of system formwork principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with high-rise or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
