Role Overview: We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin / Merchandiser to support the Textile Division through product and supplier coordination, order tracking, documentation and day-to-day administrative activities. The role will also provide administrative support to the Perfume Division as required.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with textile suppliers and manufacturers to follow up on purchase orders, production progress, product details and timely deliveries.

● Track orders, pending deliveries and payment-related queries in coordination with the Accounts team.

● Maintain accurate product records, including SKU creation, barcode details, product specifications and related documentation.

● Coordinate product sampling, sorting and categorisation, and follow up on production and order timelines as required.

● Maintain trackers for suppliers, products, purchase orders, inventory and deliveries; prepare basic MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

● Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers,



manufacturers and Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely execution.

● Assist with quotations, invoices, supplier records and other purchase or administrative documentation.

● Handle general administrative activities and provide support to the Perfume Division whenever required.

Requirements:

● Relevant experience in textile merchandising, product coordination, merchandising operations or a related administrative/operations role. Admin / Merchandiser

● Experience in supplier/vendor coordination, order tracking, documentation and inventory management.

● Working knowledge of fabrics, product specifications, sampling, purchase orders or production follow-ups is preferred.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and accurate record-keeping.

● Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills; organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

● Experience in textiles, apparel, garments, fashion, home furnishings, lifestyle or luxury brands will be an advantage.
