About the Role

OrbiTouch HR is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who can lead the recruitment team while also taking direct ownership of critical and difficult client requirements. This is a performance-driven role requiring strong team management, client delivery, recruitment expertise and hands-on closure capability across IT, Non-IT, Engineering and Manufacturing hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the recruitment team and allocate client requirements effectively.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, offer and joining.
- Personally work on critical, urgent and difficult-to-close positions.
- Manage IT, Non-IT,



Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment requirements.
- Set and monitor recruiter targets, productivity and successful joining performance.
- Monitor CV quality, interview conversion, selection ratio and joining ratio.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to client TAT.
- Conduct regular recruiter performance reviews, training and corrective actions.
- Improve candidate screening and relevance before profiles are submitted to clients.
- Reduce interview dropouts, offer dropouts and joining failures.
- Take ownership of team as well as personal closures.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for urgent requirements and delivery priorities.
