What You'll Do:
? Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
? Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow for the team
? Foster collaboration between team members and stakeholders
? Track project progress using Agile metrics




? Coach teams on Agile principles and practices
? Help define transparent goals and deliverables for each sprint

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment
✅ Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and frameworks
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
