- Experience in student counseling, lead management, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve admission targets and meet revenue goals.
- Good knowledge of sales reporting and CRM management.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling the counseling process independently.
