Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Interest in fashion, eyewear, optical products, and hearing care.
- A customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to store targets.

Freshers can apply. Previous experience in optical retail is not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Working Hours:

- Summer: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Winter: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

About The Role

A Sales Associate at Leighton (TRUVISION) acts as an important link between strategy and execution and drives the store towards achieving all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc. and responsible for keeping a high level, and ensuring smooth operations at the store.





Area & Activities expected to be performed by Leighton Retail Sales Associate:

Customer focus: Driving Net Promoter Score

- Greeting customers when they enter the store and coaching the team to do the same.
- Displaying commitment towards providing exceptional Customer Service and treating Customer Satisfaction as a priority.
- Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints at store level and ensuring this is consistent with the team.
- Striving to have long lasting and fruitful relationships with each of our customers.

Driving Sales vs Plan

- Driving the sales of the store to meet the allotted targets by allocating the targets.
- Developing a culture of high-sales performance expectations.
- Motivating and inspiring to drive for results.
- Assessing field capability and establishing performance priorities.

Hearing Care & Audiology Support

- Assisting in the coordination, setup, and scheduling of patient appointments for visiting Audiologists and Hearing Checkup Camps.
- Briefing walk-in customers on hearing care solutions, digital hearing aids, and diagnostic hearing assessment services offered at the store.
- Managing inventory, display, and safe handling of hearing equipment, hearing aids, batteries, and related accessories.
- Coordinating with the marketing and clinical teams to promote upcoming hearing care drives and ensuring smooth patient flow during diagnostic sessions.

People Development (Attrition Control)

- Delivering transparent, engaging and constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Evaluating the training needs and working closely with upper management to execute the developmental plan.




- Understanding the reasons for attrition and taking measures to control it.
- Assist & help the Consultant Optometrist, whenever required.

Cash & Inventory Management

- Monitoring cash reconciliation to ensure there is no mismatch of store funds.
- Ensuring availability of required merchandise and services.
- Conducting stock takes regularly.
- Ensuring the basic understanding of the POS System to ensure transactions are properly and effectively processed.
- Performing the necessary quality checks for the new products.
- Working very closely with other departments till the product reaches the customer and ensuring the best customer experience to the Leighton (TRUVISION) Customer.

SOP Adherence & Implementation

- Ensuring that all SOPs for retail are implemented successfully and adhered.
- Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other important issues.
- Scheduling the team's shift timings to meet the store's business needs and demands.
- Ensuring staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the store.

Store Upkeep & Maintenance

- Maintaining the store as per Leighton standards, regularly cleaning the frames and Other equipment at the store.
- Ensuring the security of all leighton equipment and that there is no shortage of stock units or damage in the store.

Additional Responsibilities

- Maintain Customer 360 file for ensuring target focus, performance and achievements.
- Be always presentable and in formal attire/ dress code as directed by the organisation.
- Should be ready for any other official work/ assignment as may be assigned by manager or management.
- Social Media, E-Marketing Content / Videos etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
