A Digital Marketing Manager leads online marketing strategies, drives customer acquisition, and manages brand visibility across digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Design and execute comprehensive digital strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, and paid social campaigns.

Performance & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure return on investment (ROI), and analyze web traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

Conversion Optimization: Improve user experience (UX) on websites, landing pages, and digital funnels to increase lead generation and sales.

Team & Budget Management: Allocate marketing budgets, supervise specialists or external agencies, and report results to senior leadership. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, often ranging from 3 to 8+ years

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, web analytics, CRM systems,



and content management systems (CMS).

Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, project management, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
