An Inside Sales Representative sells products or services remotely from an office or virtual workspace using digital communication tools like phone, email, video calls, and CRM systems rather than meeting clients face-to-face.

Core Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Respond to inbound leads, follow up on marketing campaigns, or conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Product Demos & Pitches: Deliver virtual product demonstrations, explain features and pricing, and handle customer objections.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track interactions, log leads, and update records using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and help onboard or upsell existing customers.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills with active listening.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
