About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the operations, administration, and delivery of skill development training under DDU-GKY/DDU-KK projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily centre operations and ensure compliance with applicable DDU-GKY SOPs.
* Oversee training schedules, batch formation, trainer allocation, and student attendance.
* Coordinate student mobilization, admissions, counselling, and documentation.
* Supervise hostel, mess, hygiene, and trainee safety at residential centres.
* Monitor placement activities, OJT, and post-placement tracking.
* Maintain ERP/MIS records and prepare progress reports.
* Lead centre staff and coordinate audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline
* 3–5+ years of relevant experience in skill development or vocational training projects.
* Knowledge of DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NULM, or similar schemes and portal knowledge, UPSDM
* Solid leadership, reporting, communication, and operational skills.
. Have closed approx 2-3 projects under DDU- GKY.
Also have portal knowledge3+ years in experience
