Job description:

- Shift Operations: Conduct daily staff briefings, set shift targets, and oversee end-to-end cinema services from the box office to concessions and auditoriums.
- Guest & Complaint Handling: Address patron queries, manage service recovery situations, and maintain turnaround times (TAT) for customer complaints.
- Cash & POS Management: Handle cash reconciliations, point-of-sale (POS) billing, and daily revenue reporting to prevent money pilferage.
- Staff Leadership: Coach, train, and guide frontline teams on up-selling, suggestive selling, and service standards under the guidance of the Cinema Manager.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance, safety/sanitation policies, display/commercial compliance, and weekly print checks.
- Reporting: Prepare daily operational logs, incident documentation, and performance reports using MS Office
