Position: Team Leader
Location : Raghunathpur, Puruliya
Automobile Sector (Hyundai)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Ensure proper task allocation and timely completion of work.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Resolve team-related issues and maintain discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valuable team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Relevant experience in team handling preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
