Job Description – Front Desk/Tele Calling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and target-oriented Front Desk Calling Executive to manage patient enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment bookings while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Explain clinic treatments and services as per approved guidelines.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate appointments, reminders, and follow-ups with existing patients.
- Track daily calls, bookings, conversions, and pending leads.
- Build positive patient relationships and support clinic sales targets.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in sales calling, receptionist, or customer handling; salon, healthcare or skin clinic experience preferred.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
- Friendly, organised, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Work Type: Full-time, in office
