About Sadie

Sadie (getsadie.ai) is an AI manager for influencer marketing.

For brands, Sadie does all the legwork: vets creators, reaches out to them, handles the back-and-forth, answers brief questions, discusses the contract, reviews the work, and handles payouts.

For creators, Sadie works over WhatsApp and iMessage, talking like an actual manager would: bringing deals, sorting the details, keeping in touch, and building a real relationship over time. Creators keep 100% of what they earn.

Job requirements

You bring creators onto Sadie and make sure each one joins with a transparent understanding of what it is and how it helps them.

- Know Sadie well enough to explain it properly. We'll walk you through the product first. You should be able to tell a creator exactly how it works for them, what happens after they join, and answer their questions without guessing.
- Reach out to creators you know or can find, in the niches listed below, and give them clear, accurate information about Sadie and how it helps them specifically.
- Get them onboarded, not just signed up: profile complete, niche and rates set, payout connected, so a deal can land on day one.
- Stay with them through the first weeks. Answer questions, clear up doubts, and make sure they know how to work with Sadie once deals start coming.
- Tell us what you hear. Who said no and why, what confused them, what they wished Sadie did. That goes straight to the product team.

Who we're looking for

- You’re already inside creator communities. You’re part of, or have built, creator groups on Facebook, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp or wherever creators hang out,



and you can bring creators on in volume, month after month.
- You’ve done this before, in some form: creator recruitment, community growth, talent sourcing or platform onboarding, with numbers you can show.
- You can explain a product clearly in a DM, a broadcast and on a call.
- You keep a clean log: who’s been contacted, who signed up, who’s deal-ready.

We're after creators in the niches brands actually book: skincare and makeup, fashion and style, fitness and wellness, food and drink, tech and gadgets, travel, home and interiors, parenting, gaming, finance, and pets.

Creators must be based in the US. We're only onboarding US-based creators for now, so anyone outside the US won't count toward your target.

Compensation

$1,000–$2,000 USD per month, depending on experience and reach, on a 3-month contract.

We'll agree a monthly onboarding target together once you've seen the product and we've seen your reach, and review it each month.

What counts as onboarded

A creator counts as onboarded when they signed up through your link, and their profile is complete and deal-ready: niche, rates, platforms connected, payout set up. The creator must also be based in the US. Sign-ups that stall half-way don't count. Creators already on Sadie don't count either; we'll tell you if you log one.

Tracking is done in a shared Excel sheet. You log each creator as you contact them (name, handle, niche, status) and update it as they move from contacted to signed up to onboarded. We review the sheet together every week.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
