Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage used car sourcing, valuation, pricing, and inventory.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure vehicle inspection, documentation, and ownership transfer.
- Monitor stock ageing, sales performance, and market trends.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and dealership standards.
