Patient Counsellor

Location: Chhaoni, Sadar, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)

Salary: ₹2.5–4 LPA + Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a patient-focused and customer-oriented Patient Counsellor to guide patients through their prescribed online treatment journey, explain treatment plans, assist with payments and appointment scheduling, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients on doctor-prescribed treatment plans and next steps.

- Explain treatment benefits, payment details, and onboarding procedures.

- Assist patients with payment completion and online session scheduling.

- Maintain accurate patient records, payment status, and appointment details.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve patient queries.

Requirements

- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in customer support,



counselling, or operations can apply.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Solid customer service, convincing, and problem-solving skills.

- Must have a personal laptop.

- Willingness to work from the office in Chhaoni, Sadar, Nagpur.

- Comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) in rotational shifts:

- Morning: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

- Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Ideal Candidate: Responsible, proactive, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
