Design Planner with good understanding of interior design with Medical equipments and hospital planning requirements ·

Generate and/or validate Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) package by utilizing Revit/AutoCad to plan the space according to the contractual requirements.

· Responsible in preparing floorplan/space layout to include lay in all FF&E; into drawings, drawing revisions, research of furniture items and verify manufacturer’s information.

· Develop datasheets/cut sheets with salient characteristics for specified FF&E.;

· Develop artwork plans and themes and coordination of signage as required.

· Quality Check (QC) drawings against room contents list to ensure accuracy.

· Participate in team meetings.

· Working with Interior Design team in finalizing finishes.

· Create/organize, compile necessary information for submittal binders (proofreading, packaging, assist in printing and binding/assembling work products).

· Participate in technical reviews on bids.

Responsible in the inventory process for reuse evaluation of existing FF&E.;

Required





· Well-versed in healthcare operations and related FF&E; casework/case goods and signage, and be able to translate requirements into design/construction and/or installation documents.

· High proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit is very key as well as management skills for those related requirements and work products.

· Working within a project team typically: project manager, equipment planner, transition planner, clinical healthcare planner.

- Expertise using Microsoft Suite, to include Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

· Knowledge of JSN (Joint Schedule Numbers).

· Skilled in owning, scheduling, and facilitating various project specific meetings with mid to large audiences.

· Project or program experience with Microsoft SharePoint application.

Skilled in using daily communication messaging applications such as Microsoft Teams.
