Job Description

AstroShreem is hiring an experienced Admission Counsellor for its online astrology and numerology courses. The role primarily focuses on converting enquiries into paid admissions, along with student support, WhatsApp community management, and webinar coordination.

We are looking for someone who communicates confidently in Hindi and English, understands student requirements, and can manage the complete admission process from the first enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through calls and WhatsApp to understand their learning goals.
- Explain course content, fees, schedules, and the admission process accurately.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into paid admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain updated lead records, follow-up schedules, and admission details in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
- Assist students with course-related enquiries and onboarding.




- Manage WhatsApp groups and communities, including updates and reminders.
- Coordinate webinar registrations, Zoom links, reminders, and participant assistance.
- Track pending payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counselling or course sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proven ability to handle sales conversations, address objections, and close admissions.
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
- Valuable organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
- Experience selling astrology or numerology courses is preferred. Candidates with other course-sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Must be available to work from the Jaipur office.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary of ₹11,000–₹15,000, plus performance-based incentives.
