Key Responsibilities

1. Shift & Floor Operations

- Oversee daily meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, or banquets) from setup to closing.
- Conduct pre-shift staff briefings to assign floor sections, communicate special events, and review daily targets.
- Assist servers, hosts, and bussers directly on the floor during peak hours.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliations and securing the premises.

2. Staff Management & Training

- Schedule staff hours, manage shift rosters, and track attendance.
- Train new staff and coach existing employees on service sequences, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Enforce hotel dress code, personal hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Monitor team performance and assist HR or management with appraisals and discipline.

3. Guest Relations & Complaint Resolution

- Welcome guests, assist with table allocations, and monitor room or dining satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and service issues immediately with empathy, tact, and qualified discretion.




- Collect real-time feedback and report recurring guest concerns to upper management.

4. Quality, Hygiene & Safety Compliance

- Inspect dining areas, counters, tables, crockery, and cutlery for cleanliness before and after service.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and local liquor laws.
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate, timely order delivery.

5. Inventory & Administrative Tasks

- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, linens, and operating supplies.
- Assist with vendor/supplier follow-ups, receiving deliveries, and tracking inventory usage to minimize waste.
- Operate and reconcile Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and compile daily operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM), Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of work experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear verbal communication, problem-solving under pressure, and a customer-first mindset.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in POS billing systems and basic office software (MS Word, Excel, or hotel PMS like Opera).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
