Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Telecalling Collections to manage a team responsible for collections and recovery activities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in NBFC collections, bucket collections, NPA, and recovery operations, along with proven team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecalling collection executives.

- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

- Handle NBFC bucket collections, overdue accounts, NPA, and recovery cases.

- Monitor team productivity, call quality, and customer handling.

- Guide team members on collection strategies and effective follow-up techniques.

- Prepare daily performance reports and maintain collection records.





- Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving collection-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling collections.

- Mandatory experience in team handling or team leadership.

- Hands-on experience in NBFC bucket collections, NPA, and recovery collections.

- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage collection targets and team performance effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant NBFC collections and recovery experience.

- Candidates with proven experience in managing collection teams.
