About the Role

SolarSquare Energy is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to lead our Inbound and Escalations teams. The ideal candidate will drive service excellence, improve customer satisfaction, manage team performance, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Inbound and Escalations teams to ensure timely, empathetic, and high-quality customer service.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including SLA adherence, response and resolution times, CSAT, escalation volumes, and repeat contacts.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Technology, Operations, and Servicing teams to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with the Legal team on compliance-related cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and recurring issues to drive improvements in processes and systems.




- Set high service quality standards and continuously improve team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service Operations, or Program Management.
- Prior team-handling and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
