About Repair it

Repair it is an automotive service-booking platform that connects customers with garages and service centres for vehicle maintenance and repairs. We help garage partners grow their business through online visibility, digital bookings, and convenient pickup and drop services.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated field executives who can visit garages, introduce them to Repair It, and help them join and grow on our platform.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local garages, workshops, and vehicle service centres to introduce Repair It and explain the benefits of joining our platform.
- Identify and acquire new garage partners within assigned locations.
- Explain our onboarding process, subscription plans, visibility packages, and partnership model to garage owners.
- Assist garage owners with registration and profile setup on the Repair It Partner App.
- Help partners upload their service menus, pricing, business details, working hours, and other required information.
- Collect and verify necessary business documents and garage information.
- Follow up with onboarded garages to ensure their profiles are complete and active.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with garage owners.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, onboarding status,



and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with the operations and support teams to resolve partner onboarding issues.
- Achieve daily field visit targets and weekly/monthly garage onboarding targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or customer onboarding may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable visiting garages and travelling within the assigned territory.
- Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Performance Expectations

- Conduct regular field visits to prospective garage partners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into registered garage partners.
- Ensure onboarded garages complete their profiles and become operationally active.
- Submit daily activity reports and meet assigned performance targets.
