Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage customer orders received through the company website.
- Make follow-up calls to customers after delivery to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, and products over phone calls.
- Contact vendors and manage bulk orders.
- Maintain and update daily order details, vendor records, and customer feedback in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and follow-ups.





Requirements

- Positive communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage customer calls, order records, and vendor coordination.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in calling, customer support, or order management will be preferred.
