Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory, order processing and dispatch activities.

· Handle end-to-end order dispatches, B2B dispatches and online order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

· Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for B2B and online orders.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

· Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for shipment scheduling, tracking and delivery follow-ups.

· Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, invoices, delivery challans and e-way bills, wherever applicable.

· Coordinate with sales, production and purchase teams for timely order fulfilment.

· Handle return shipments, damaged goods and stock adjustments.

· Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper storage, handling and organisation of products.

· Maintain daily MIS reports covering inventory, pending orders, dispatch status and stock movement using Excel and Google Sheets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch handling.

· Hands-on experience managing B2B dispatches and online/e-commerce orders.

· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

· Understanding of inventory reconciliation, order processing, logistics and dispatch documentation.

· Experience in furniture, lifestyle products, home décor, retail or manufacturing preferred.

· Positive coordination, team management and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple orders and meet dispatch timelines.
