Job Description – Finishing Supervisor

Department: Production – Finishing Supervisor
Location: Jaipur
Reporting To: Senior Finishing Supervisor / Factory Manager
Openings: 1
Qualification: B.Tech in Textile / Diploma in Textile
Experience: 2–4 years in textile or home furnishing finishing operations
Shift: 12-hour shifts; availability for day and night duties

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finishing Supervisor to supervise daily finishing activities, guide workers, and ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for timely handover to packing.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily finishing activities as per the production plan.
- Allocate work to finishing workers and monitor daily output.
- Check in-process and finished products against approved samples and quality requirements.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective work with the Quality team.
- Reduce rework, rejection, and material wastage through regular floor checks.




- Maintain daily records of output, inspections, rework, and wastage.
- Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch teams for timely order completion.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, routine machine care, and prompt reporting of breakdowns.
- Train workers on correct finishing methods and safe machine handling.
- Maintain safety and discipline within the finishing team.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of textile and home furnishing finishing processes.
- Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.
- Valuable worker supervision, work allocation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain daily production and finishing records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
