Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Insurance Manager to manage hospital insurance operations, coordinate with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and ensure smooth processing of patient insurance claims in a multi-speciality hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hospital insurance operations and patient insurance services.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients for cashless treatment approvals and claim settlements.
- Handle pre-authorisation requests, medical documentation, claim submission, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely processing of cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Monitor pending claims, rejected claims, deductions, and outstanding insurance payments.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, medical records, and accounts teams to resolve insurance-related queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with insurance company and TPA guidelines.




- Identify claim discrepancies and take necessary action to minimise claim rejections and revenue losses.
- Maintain insurance records, prepare reports, and monitor claim settlement status.
- Support the hospital team in improving insurance processes and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital insurance operations.
- Valuable knowledge of cashless insurance, TPA coordination, pre-authorisation, and claim settlement procedures.
- Experience in handling health insurance claims in a multi-speciality hospital.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital billing, medical documentation, and insurance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet processing timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
