Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator / Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate workflow, and ensure that assigned processes are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily computer operations, data entry, and system updates accurately.
- Maintain and update records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents.
- Monitor daily processes and ensure tasks are completed within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized digital records.
- Track pending tasks, follow up with concerned team members, and report delays.
- Handle emails, online portals, and other computer-based activities.




- Identify process-related issues and escalate them to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and follow established procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic to good knowledge of computers and office applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn new software, tools, and processes.

Education and Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience in computer operations, data entry, back-office operations, or process coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and a positive attitude may also apply.
