Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational tasks, coordinate with candidates, and maintain records and reports using Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding updates, follow-ups, and process-related queries.
- Maintain and update daily operational data, trackers, and reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify issues proactively and take necessary action to resolve them.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- Positive follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
