Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Ghod Dod Road, Surat
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, reconciliations, and filings.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
- Prepare invoices, payment documents, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers,



and internal teams as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits.
- Assist in Finalization of accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS
- Strong understanding of Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Understanding of statutory compliance
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Additional Details:

- Working Hours: 9.30AM – 7 PM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
