We are looking for an agent to work with us on commisiion basis to help us find reliable domestic helpers for families. You will source, screen, and connect suitable candidates with us for full-time live-in household roles.

Responsibilities:

- Source and shortlist domestic helper candidates
- Verify candidate ID proof (Aadhaar) and confirm candidates are 18 years or older
- Share candidate profiles and arrange phone or video interviews
- Coordinate candidate travel and joining
- Follow up after placement to confirm the candidate is settled

Requirements:

- Strong network of domestic helper candidates, especially across North East India
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Honest, reliable, and professional
