Job Responsibilities – Petrol Pump Manager

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the petrol pump and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
- Supervise and manage petrol pump staff, including fuel attendants, cashiers, and other employees.
- Monitor daily fuel sales, stock levels, fuel receipts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and timely deposit of collections.
- Maintain daily sales reports, stock registers, shift handover records, and other operational documents.
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and compliance with quantity, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, discipline, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable PESO, Legal Metrology, fire safety, and oil company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,



and proper upkeep of the petrol pump premises.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the oil company, fuel suppliers, maintenance teams, and management.
- Monitor fuel losses, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent financial losses.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of dispensing machines, tanks, generators, and other equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and emergency safety procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
