We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Telecaller Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in speaking with customers over the phone. This role is suitable for candidates who want to begin their careers in telecalling, customer communication, and sales support. Training will be provided to help selected candidates understand the company's products, services, and calling process. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers using the company's contact database. - Explain company products, services, or offers clearly and professionally. - Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. - Identify potential leads and update their details in the company records. - Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records. - Achieve assigned calling and performance targets. - Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach. - Follow company policies and customer data privacy guidelines.
