Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation, dispatch, delivery, and movement of solar products and electrical equipment. The candidate will coordinate with warehouses, transporters, sales teams, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the dispatch and transportation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and other electrical products.
- Plan and monitor daily shipments, vehicle arrangements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, drivers, dealers, and distributors.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and LR/GR records.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to the designated locations.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, transit delays, damaged goods, and shortages.
- Maintain logistics records, transportation costs, freight bills, and delivery reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth operations.




- Verify transporter bills and maintain records of transportation expenses.
- Prepare daily and monthly logistics MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company logistics procedures.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet delivery deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GST invoices, e-way bills, and transport documentation is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in solar manufacturing, electrical products, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
