Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Source new car loan customers through field visits, telecalling, direct inquiries, and channel partner networks.
- Dealership & Channel Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with car showrooms, sales managers, and channel partners to capture on-the-spot financing opportunities.
- Product Pitch & Eligibility Assessment: Explain car loan schemes, interest rates, tenure options, EMI structures, and eligibility criteria to prospective borrowers.
- Documentation & Verification: Collect necessary KYC, income proofs, and bank statements from clients, ensuring preliminary credit check compliance. loan sanctioning, and final disbursal with the back-end operations team.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly targets for loan logins, approvals, and net disbursals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date tracking of daily calls, site visits, client follow-ups, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
- Coordination with Credit/Operations Teams: Follow up on file logins, credit appraisals,

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
