Job Title: Health Insurance Advisor / Sales Advisor

Job Summary

An Insurance Advisor at ManipalCigna Health Insurance is responsible for promoting and selling health insurance policies to individuals and families, understanding their healthcare protection needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans. The role involves customer acquisition, explaining policy benefits, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Insurance Sales: Promote and sell health insurance policies to individuals, families, and other eligible customer groups.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customers’ budgets, healthcare requirements, and insurance coverage needs.
- Product Explanation: Explain policy features, premiums, coverage limits, waiting periods, exclusions, and claim procedures.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Lead Generation:



Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers to convert them into policyholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers and assist with renewals.
- Documentation: Help customers complete proposal forms, submit required documents, and complete the policy application process.
- Customer Support: Guide policyholders on claim procedures and direct them to the appropriate company team for assistance.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on health insurance products, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
