Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock accuracy, documentation, and coordination with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
- Manage inward and outward material transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material shortages and replenishment.
- Maintain proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments.




- Maintain inventory records using ERP/SAP or inventory management software.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the store.
- Support inventory audits and ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
- Monitor rejected, damaged, and excess materials and maintain separate records.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in stores or inventory management within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of GRN, material inward/outward, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain stock accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in an engineering, sheet metal, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Disciplined, organized, and committed to safety and housekeeping standards.
