Job Description – Team Lead, Recruitment

Experience: 3–6 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and daily progress.
- Guide team members on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Preference: Immediate joiners.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
