Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and child-friendly Primary Teachers to teach students of Classes I–V. The candidate should have good subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach assigned subjects to students of Classes I–V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and teaching materials.
- Use interactive and child-centred teaching methods to make learning interesting.
- Assess students' academic progress through classwork, homework, tests, and activities.
- Maintain attendance records, academic records, and student portfolios.
- Develop students' reading, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a protected, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and behaviour.
- Participate in school assemblies, celebrations, competitions, and other co-curricular activities.
- Attend staff meetings,



training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Complete academic documentation and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in the relevant subject; B.El.Ed., D.El.Ed., or other recognised teacher-training qualification as applicable.
- Eligibility: Must meet the applicable CBSE, NCTE, and relevant recruitment requirements.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Skills: Good communication skills, classroom management, lesson planning, and basic computer proficiency.
- Preferred: Experience in a CBSE school and familiarity with activity-based learning.

- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic towards young learners.
- Good command of English and/or Hindi, as required for the assigned subject.
- Creative approach to teaching and student engagement.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work collaboratively.
