2. Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Control Executive, your responsibilities will include:

- Making regular calls and sending reminders to customers for timely payment of outstanding dues.
- Following up on overdue invoices and maintaining regular communication with customers regarding payment commitments.
- Maintaining daily records of customer outstanding balances, payment follow-ups, and collection commitments.
- Monitoring customer payment status and highlighting overdue accounts to the reporting officer.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team for customer payment follow-ups and collection support.
- Obtaining payment confirmations and sharing updates with the Accounts Team for necessary reconciliation.
- Following up on pending payment disputes, deductions, debit notes, and account discrepancies with concerned departments.
- Maintaining accurate customer-wise outstanding, ageing, and collection records.
- Preparing daily collection updates and assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Tracking customer-wise payment commitments and ensuring timely follow-up against promised payment dates.
- Supporting the team in achieving assigned collection targets and reducing overdue outstanding.
- Escalating delayed payments,



non-responsive customers, and potential recovery risks to the reporting officer.
- Following company credit control procedures, collection guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Performing other duties related to credit control and receivables management as assigned by management.

3. Performance Expectations

Performance will be evaluated based on timely customer payment follow-ups, achievement of assigned collection targets, adherence to payment commitment schedules, reduction of overdue outstanding, accuracy of customer records and MIS reporting, coordination with internal departments, follow-up efficiency, productivity, discipline, attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.

Performance targets and evaluation parameters may be revised from time to time based on business requirements and organizational objectives.

4. Reporting and Coordination

The Credit Control Executive shall report to the Credit Control Officer / Credit Control Lead and coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and other concerned departments for timely payment follow-ups, collection updates, and resolution of customer account-related issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
