Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, explaining company products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and field visits.

- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Schedule client meetings and give product presentations.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.

- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams.

- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field is preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Freshers with positive communication and negotiation skills can also apply.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, or business development is an advantage.

- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
