Location: Pithampur, Dhar (M.P.)

1. Job Summary

To manage outgoing shipments, warehouse inventory, dispatch documentation, transporter coordination, delivery tracking, and ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Arrange and coordinate outgoing shipments as per dispatch requirements.

2. Manage and maintain warehouse inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

3. Prepare, check, and verify dispatch-related paperwork and documentation.

4. Monitor material transportation and deliveries to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

5. Plan and coordinate with transporters for material dispatch and delivery as per priority.

6. Coordinate with transporters, internal departments, and other concerned personnel regarding dispatch-related activities.

7. Respond to and resolve dispatch-related issues.

8. Maintain proper records of dispatched materials, delivery status,



and related documents.

9. Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.

3. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any stream

4. Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
- Experience in dispatch documentation and transporter management will be preferred.

5. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive coordination, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch priorities and maintain records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
