Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic BPO Executives to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidates will work with multiple clients, manage client-related queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with multiple clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other client communications as required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Meet performance targets and maintain service quality standards.





Adapt to flexible working schedules based on business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO/customer service.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to work with multiple clients and manage tasks efficiently.

Willingness to work in flexible shifts.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
